Large Event Hat Bar Rental - DEPOSIT

This service is for large events where guests can spend time browsing blank hats and create their own design for our accessories bar and a selection of on-site hand burned designs.  Everyone will walk away from your even with a one of a kind hat!

If you are looking to host a smaller private party, please email us for pricing.

RESERVATIONS AND PRICING :

• $200 per hour for our hat bar to be set up on site for up to four hours. This includes a $250 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee. Hourly fee includes set up and break down as well as services provided by an experienced hat stylist/burning artist.
• Large hat bar event rentals must include a $1,200 product minimum, no matter the hat bar party size. Hourly rental fees do not include products.
  • Youth hats from: $60 each
  • Adult standard hats from: $110 each
  • Adult Premium Hats from:$150 each
  • Adult Australian wool hats from: $200 each
• If any additional fees are required, they will be reviewed before finalizing the event.
• If additional hours or product are incurred on-site, they day of stylist will collect that payment during the event.
• To secure reservations, the  event deposit and agreement must be paid and completed 48 hours after the invoice and agreement documents have been emailed.
  

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• The hosts/hostesses of the event will be able to choose from a variety of hat style and color selections to provide guests.
• There will be an accessory bar on site featuring hat bands/belts, feathers, studs, pins, hand stitching options and a number of other accessory options.
• Guests will be able to choose from a selection of simple designs that will be hand burned on site at the event. (Designs include but are not limited to flowers, leaves, initials, small quotes, etc.)
• Blow torch distressing will also be offered.
• Each hat will be handed off to guests in a Reeds&Plumes canvas dust bag along with a small hat brush and care card.
